The
Colorado Columbines is a proud partner of The Sporting Woman Community
Fund. The mission of TSWCF is to provide financial
support to women and girls who wish to participate in life changing
experiences through athletic challenges. Each year, the Fund distributes
approximately $10,000 to Colorado women and girls to help them achieve
their athletic dreams that would not have been possible without
financial assistance. The Colorado Columbines Women's Running
Grant is being established within the Fund to support the
running goals of Colorado women and girls.
Colorado
female athletes seeking financial support may visit The Sporting
Woman www.thesportingwoman.com
for application instructions. As applications are received that
entail a running component (including triathlons, etc.), the Columbine
board will work with TSWCF to distribute the Columbines
Running Grant.
